How long does a payout take?
Once PayPal confirms your payment, your MZN is released to your M-Pesa or e-Mola wallet within minutes. In rare cases of network issues it may take slightly longer.
Why is the PayPal fee deducted from my amount?
The 4.95% + $0.30 fee is charged by PayPal on every incoming payment — it is not charged by us. We exchange the net amount we actually receive, at the full rate for your tier, with zero additional fees on our side.
I entered the wrong wallet number. What now?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. If the payout has not yet been released, we can correct the number. If the payment was already sent, we unfortunately cannot reverse it — please always double-check your number before confirming. See our Policies.
Is there a limit per day?
The limit is $100.00 per transaction. There is no daily limit — you can perform multiple transactions if you need to sell more.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Every transaction is verified through the official payment provider before any payout, and every order is recorded with a unique reference you can quote in support.
